Today we will tell you about soups or ragou in ... gorshochek (ГОРШОЧЕК). Gorshochek means small gorshok, which is a POT, usually made of clay.
As for me, for example, the smell of soup in gorshochek is a symbol of my childhood and youth, the symbol of home and our family kitchen.
Our traditional recipe of "мясо в горшочках" is (for 6 person - 6 small pots)
to each pot put some beef, potato, onion, carrot, mushrooms. Add salt, pepper, and hot water to cover all ingredients in the pot. And put it to the oven for 2-3 hours. Enjoy! The smell is incredible! When you try it, you will never forget this taste of home-made meat in pot.
Here in HK you may also enjoy it. For example, this is a pot I have found in one of the shops. Even simple potato with mushroom - it is also wonderful!
